Butler Burgher Group began as a boutique Dallas-based valuation and advisory firm with a strong presence in the Southwest. Over the last four years, the company has grown to 21 offices (and counting) coast to coast. CEO Diane Butler is leading this growth with a sense of diligence and purpose, along with a talented and experienced team of valuation professionals.

In 2012, Vivanti Group was brought in discuss the direction of the BBG brand in the face of this growth. It was imperative to reposition the firm as a leading national valuation firm with the resources to execute at the highest levels. There was tremendous need to build awareness of the Dallas-based firm in other regions. It was clear that the current messaging and marketing materials were not sufficient for the company to stand out against its significant competition.

Because of our strong background in rebranding national companies and knowledge of the commercial real estate industry, Vivanti teamed up with design firm Matchbox Studios to craft a reformed identity for BBG.

Over the next year, Vivanti completed internal and external interviews, competitive analysis and exercises to get to the heart of the BBG brand promise. From that work, we developed a brand position, differentiators and tagline to establish the brand voice while Matchbox designed a new visual identity and brand vision. As a team, we developed an advertising campaign, created marketing materials, launched a new Website, established a public relations program and recently began an active social media presence for the company.
